Panama Hatworks of Montecristi Guarantees its alpaca items against any true defect which would compromise the general appearance, serviceability or wearability of your alpaca items. The alpaca items are individually made. Each is unique, assuring color differences and authentic rusticness, but not defects. Color variations and rusticness are, in fact, ordinary for alpaca goods, and are not flaws which would compromise the wear and longevity of your alpaca goods. 100% alpaca goods are listed as so. 100% alpaca implies 100% alpaca, nothing more, nothing less. Items not listed as 100% alpaca are not 100% alpaca products, but are blends.

If you can accept these facts, you will be pleased with our products. But, if for any reason whatsoever you do not like our product at the time of acceptance from our shipper, you may return it immediately, via FEDEX or Express Mail (must be online traceable), in absolutely new, unused condition. You may request either replacements(return shipping charges will apply) or a refund (minus shipping charges and 25% restock fee). Any special orders, sample packages, or special priced products are sold as is, no guarantee implied nor warranted.

You will have to contact Panama Hatworks of Montecristi either by e-mail, phone or written letter prior to returning your Panama in order to receive a return authorization number. Upon receipt of RAM, you may return your goods. Goods must be returned via FEDEX or Express Mail to the address we will provide and you must provide us the tracking number.

We will not accept responsibility for damaged items you have accepted and signed for. Some items are sent from Ecuador and may take over 3 weeks.
